Orders are shipped by UPS. Customers that wish to expedite their Muileh Skincare orders will be responsible for additional costs above the standard shipping charges.

All orders will receive emailed tracking and delivery information at the time of shipment

Customers will be contacted via phone or email at any time that a product is not available at the time of shipping. Wholesale orders with backorders totaling less than $25.00 will not be shipped but instead must be reordered.

Please remember that our products are created by hand using natural ingredients. Due to this manual process and use of natural ingredients, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

Due to the limited shelf life of our natural products that are created upon receipt of your order, we can not accept returns unless the product was damaged in shipping. Therefore, please read the following carefully. There are absolutely no unauthorized returns on our merchandise. Merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded. Please inspect packages upon arrival. You must report any damages or missing items to both UPS and Muileh Skincare within 3 days upon receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the UPS driver and then report it directly to UPS. UPS will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact UPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may correct your product order. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by UPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from UPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. If any product arrives damaged or unusable, we will issue a replacement to the customer. We will not accept returns on any product that has been used or the packaging has been opened. Please do not return any merchandise until after contacting vivian@muilehskincare.com or at (860) 432.4271 or (888) 880.8333 with a brief explanation of the return.

Since most of our products are made once the order is received, all wholesale returns or cancellations of orders 2 days after the order date will be subject to a 25% supply restocking fee based on product total. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy.

Due to our return policy, if you are unsure about a fragrance blend or product please review the fragrance description and/or product blend description within the Muileh Skincare site.

Please remember that our products are created by hand using natural ingredients, and due to this manual process that is initiated upon receipt of your order confirmation, orders placed online are generally shipped within 5-7 days despite of the shipping method chosen. Current processing times and delays are posted online during checkout and/or followed by email. Telephone orders and unconfirmed payments for orders cannot be shipped until the payment has cleared. We have been informed by merchant services that it may take up to three days for payment confirmation. This may result in an extended processing and shipping time. Please consider our processing time when choosing your shipping method. Expedited processing is not available.

Muileh Skincare is pleased to accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal. In addition to credit cards, we also accept certified checks and money orders. Money orders must be drawn on U.S. banks or via American Express. International money orders cannot be accepted.

The online checkout process includes a Choose Payment Method section that allows you to choose one of the below options for remitting payment for your order:

During the checkout process, under the Choose Payment Method section, please select the method of payment that you prefer and then follow the instructions for completing your order. If not available at the time of your call, I will return your call and process your order.

PayPal Users:
Please be aware that payments made though PayPal may, on occasion, take a few days to clear. We have also discovered that the PayPal system sometimes becomes inoperative. This can prevent us from confirming the receipt of payment and delay making the order. We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Orders of $150 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED. Please note that this is separate from verifying your account. You are able to confirm your address by logging into your PayPal account, going into the Profile Summary area, selecting Street Address, and then by clicking on the Confirm button on the bottom of the page. PayPal's confirmation procedures may change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal.

A sales tax of 6% will be added to any order shipped to and within the State of Connecticut.

Connecticut Residents:
We must charge sales tax to Connecticut businesses and residents who have not filed a Sales & Reuse Certificate with us. If your order is being delivered in the state of CT and you have a valid business tax ID number, please fax a copy of your resale certificate within 2 hours after placing their order. Once you have faxed us your resale certificate, we will keep it on file for future orders. Our fax number is (888) 880.8333. We cannot refund sales tax on orders once they have been charged.
